In order to become an eligible distributor for commission, you simply purchase a $99.95 starter kit which contains 6 Flosserbrushes, 2 bases, and a screen test ($108 value). To maintain your position and be eligible for monthly commissions, distributors must purchase $28 minimum in wholesale products (2 brushes). You must also have 2 personally sponsored, active distributors in your down line in order to receive commissions from your first 4 levels. Distributors will be able to purchase TiFinity toothbrushes for the wholesale price of $14 each without a base for the current model and $21 each with a base.
Distributors are compensated by receiving commissions as a result of sales from other distributors in their network, often referred to as their down line. Distributors are compensated for up to seven layers below them in their network. For example, if you were to sign up three distributors, then those three distributors would be in the first level of your down line. And if those three distributors also each signed up three distributors, then you would have nine distributors in your second level. Then if those nine distributors each signed up three distributors, you would have 27 distributors in your third level and so on. In order to maximize your profit potential, we have structured a commission plan that increases the commission as you progress further into your down line. See table below. If this pattern were to be repeated through all seven levels, then you would be paid a commission on a total of 2,187 distributors in the seventh level with a total of 3,279 distributors in your down line. This scenario would yield a commission of almost $7,000 just from the initial purchases of the distributorships and $7,479 per month ongoing.

Eligibility for distributor compensation
To be eligible for monthly residual commission, you must be an active distributor which means you purchased your minimum personal volume of $28.
Residual monthly commissions are paid based upon the number of sponsored distributors you have as seen below:
Sponsor 2 active distributors- Commissions are paid through levels 1-4.
Sponsor 3 active distributors- Commissions are paid through level 5.
Sponsor 4 active distributors- Commissions are paid through level 6.
Sponsor 5 active distributors- Commissions are paid through level 7.
There are no other requirements needed in order for active distributors to receive commissions from initial sales of starter kits when sponsoring a new distributor.
The down line for the initial purchase is based on who a distributor directly sponsors whereas the down line for the monthly residuals and ongoing sales is a forced matrix with exactly 3 distributors under each distributor.
Distributors are placed in the first open spot in their sponsor’s down line.
Distributors have 90 days from time of e-mail notification to rectify non-payment issues of their monthly $28 minimum before they loose their place in their down line.
Distributors have until the last posting day of the month to rectify non-payment issues of their monthly $28 minimum as well as their sponsored distributors before they loose their commission. In such case the commission goes the placement sponsor.

Active distributors may purchase promotional brushes at $10 each, minimum of 100. (20% commission is paid to the distributor’s sign up sponsor.)
